Unit Coordinator
Nestled in the foothills just an hour from Seattle, Camp River Ranch strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment for campers and staff. The Unit Coordinator position is designed to support growth in our Counselors and assist them throughout the summer. Unit Coordinators (UCos) serve on our Leadership Team and play an important role in setting the tone for summer, leading Staff Training, and ensuring that camp runs smoothly. Each UCo supervises 8 – 12 Counselors, providing support that may include assisting with homesick campers, retrieving needed supplies, teaching an activity, or providing feedback to a counselor.
