Sleep under the stars at Camp Natoma, a traditional coed overnight outdoor camp! Employment June 14 - August 12. Camp Natoma offers teambuilding and leadership skills through fun activities such as hiking, swimming, archery, tomahawks, geocaching, drama, backpacking, lots of nature exploration and more! Operating since 1941 on 360 pristine oak-studded acres on California's central coast and serving 100 kids per week, our small non profit camp is an awesome work environment and accredited by the American Camp Association. Campers, parents, and staff report that one of the greatest things about going to Camp Natoma is being outside all week, unplugged from technology and immersed in nature. We have great weather, a rustic facility, and an amazing community. At Camp Natoma, campers gain independence while experiencing a connection with nature, each other, and positive adult role models.
