Lead Wrangler

Girl Scout Camp River Ranch is seeking a passionate Lead Wrangler to work with horses and campers this summer! The Lead Wrangler teaches ground and riding lessons, oversees all aspects of Horse Country, works closely with our 26 horses, and supervises 4-5 Wranglers. All our horse staff play an important role at camp - participating in campfires, cookouts, overnights, and more! 

Ideal candidate will have:

- Experience feeding, grooming, tacking, riding and schooling horses, and doing basic vet care
- Experience supervising staff, volunteers, or peers
- Experience teaching and leading ground lessons, riding lessons, and trail rides
- Be at least 21 years of age
